About
I was born and raised in Pitman, NJ. I now reside in Sewell, NJ with my husband, 4 children and a houseful of pets.
My interest in photography began in my teenage years. I have been involved in the photography business for 20 years and began my own business in 2003. I am also a photoshop expert and a digital painter.
In early 2007, I was diagnosed with stage 3 Follicular Non-Hodgkins Lymphoma. FNHL is a blood cancer that is spread through the lymph system. Typically this cancer is incurable. This diagnosis changed my life. It changed my perspective of photography and made me want to leave my impression on others with my photography even more.
My studio is the great world around us. I travel to where you want to be photographed, giving each client a custom experience of how you want to be photographed and where. I can give you suggestions of places if you would like or come to your home for a portrait session at your own home.
I love to do outdoor sessions using available natural light, using this wonderful world as our backdrop. This could be a beautiful garden or park, the wall of a car wash, an alley in a city, an office or a home, the woods in my backyard, a field of flowers on the side of the road, there are so many choices!
While I do enjoy using natural settings the most, I also have a miniature traveling studio that can be set up in a living room, garage or other location.
